Since 29 December 2012, the airport has been managed by Edeis as part of a public service delegation agreement.

We operate and develop airport and port facilities in Europe on behalf of local authorities.

Since 30 December 2016, Edeis has taken over all of the SNC-Lavalin SAS group’s activities in France and Monaco.

Edeis originated from a partnership between the French company Impact Holding and the French investment fund Ciclad.

The management of infrastructure activities are focused on:

19 airports:

Aix-les-Milles, Annecy Mont Blanc, Auxerre Branches, Bourges, Castellon (Spain), Châlon Champforgeuil, Cherbourg Maupertus, Dijon Bourgogne, Le Havre Octeville, Mayotte, Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes, Reims, Saint Martin Grand Case, Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées, Toulouse Francazal, Tours Val de Loire, Troyes, Vannes Golfe du Morbihan

Rouen Marina

The Puy-de-Dôme funicular railway

The EDEIS teams were precursors in the transfer of ownership of airports from the state to the local authorities based on Public Service Delegation agreements in France. Since 2008, this model has seen a strong development. In nine years, we have gone from managing one to 19 airports, a marina and a tourist train.

Today, the team has developed unique skills to support local authorities in their policy of attracting investors and visitors. The Group has become a genuine partner supporting the French public authorities and contributes alongside them to regional economic development.
